As we are approaching the end of the school year we are going to focus a little on Mindfulness and Gratitude activities. It has been a difficult few weeks for everyone and it might be a good time to think of the good things that are in our lives and all around us. It looks like things are starting to settle down and some sort of a new normal is taking shape. I hope you have a wonderful Summer and I am looking forward to seeing you all again in September. Thank you for the hard work you’ve put in all year- Relax and Have Fun for the next few weeks.

Doing the Scavenger Hunt might help us to think of the good things and people in our lives. Although, we all know that this has been a very difficult time for us all so it might be a good time to think of things that we are grateful for. I would like you to think of just one thing that you can do to show your gratitude – maybe draw a picture, write a letter, make a gift for someone, help someone with something at home. It can be anything that you do for another person to show them that you appreciate them. You can share your Random Act of Kindness via email with your teacher if you would like to and it can be included on the website.
